Default Code 045 after not playing GW for a long time???

Hello,
after a several months of absence in the Guild Wars' world (must've been almost a year) I decided to install the game again and have some fun since the weather's really terrible here atm.
However, I cannot log into my account - the game throws Code=045 at me every time I attemp to do so (saying I either broke EULA and/or Rules of Conduct). I have not played the game for a very long time and the last time I tried to play it everything seemed to work just fine...
I never lent the game to anybody. I never misconducted in any way. I never used any third party product (the only one I ever used was GWFreaks to find elite skills and that was long before I last played the game). I just don't know why my account should be banned...

I sent an e-mail to the support team, however, no reply so far.

Have you ever heard/experienced anything like this? It kinda bugs me that I'm not able to use more than 100 Euros worth of products while doing nothing wrong at all...

Accounts that sit for long periods of time seem to be very vulnerable. Why this is, i have no clue. Time and time again, people post with this very same issue. Contact support and have all your info ready to go.

sadly this is the only real avenue of resolution.

Btw i`m wondering too WHY afk accounts are getting hacked. If a hacker has your user and pass and everything he`ll steal your gear right NOW. This reminds me of the Scary movie where there was a joke about The ring movie -
Voice on the phone: I`ll kill you in seven days.
She: Why in seven days? Why not in 8 days or 3 days. Why in seven days?
Voice on the phone (pissed): Look bitch i can come and kill you right now, but i`ll give you 7 days.
So the hacker will wait for you to go afk as the movie badass will kill you with 7 days warning....????? WTF

I'm in the exact same situation. Haven't played in ages, just decided to revisit and I get a code=45 when I try to log in. 'Unauthorised individual'.

Just contacted support and hopefully it won't take too long to hear back. Luckily I've still got all my account details and access codes so I suppose that will be all they need to reactivate the account?

Still not heard from them. This is ridiculous 'Customer Service'. All I want to do is play some games I paid for, is that so wrong!?
